Aqua-4D: Sustainable Development Goals

Aqua-4D is pleased to contribute to a total of 11 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set out by the United Nations.

These SDGs were put together during Ban Ki-moon’s tenure as Secretary General of the UN, and guided by his famous statement that: “We don’t have a Plan B because there’s no Planet B”, calling climate change in particular the defining issue of our time.

There are 17 goals in total, containing 169 targets, ranging from education to environment, sustainability to gender equality, from employment to health and well-being. More than 190 countries have now signed up to this collective vision to end poverty, hunger, inequality and protect the environment.
